Application Notice

A received application is not a guarantee of access, and all applications will be thoroughly vetted. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation. No credentials, parking passes, or stickers will be mailed.

Multiple Applicants

If you are filling out the form for multiple applicants at your organization, please include a unique email address and cell phone number for each applicant.

Pickup Requirements

Credentials must be picked up and signed for by the person to whom they are issued. Photo identification is required. Credentials are non-transferable, not for resale, and may be revoked at any time.

Credential Office Location

Credentials are picked up at the race track at the Credential Building off Palm Drive (SW 344th Street). Enter through Gate E (old Gate 18) at the rear of the facility.

NASCAR Credentials*

Registration for sanctioning organizations is located in the same building. Hours of Operation may differ from those of HMS.
