DISABLED PARKING
* Disabled person must be in the vehicle on which the parking permit is displayed.
* Permit must be hung on the rear view mirror when parked in designated parking space.
* Both sides of the permit must have valid decals (Month/Year/DL#).
* Disabled person license plate may be used in lieu of parking permit.
