Parking
General Questions
- When will I receive my tickets?
- Tickets and hospitality passes will be shipped 20-60 days before each event.
- When will I receive my Hospitality Guide?
- Hospitality Guides for the IndyCar Championships and Ford Championship Weekend will be sent 60-90 days before the event.

- All request forms are due September 1st for the IndyCar Championships and Ford Championship Weekend.

Hospitality Set-Up
- When will I be able to set up my hospitality area?
- Hospitality Set-Up times are 7am until Gates open each event day. If you require a special set up time, please contact Stacey Mikulak at 305-230-5210 to arrange a time.
- Can I bring in a vehicle to set up my hospitality area?
- The Service Vehicle Pass included with your tickets allows 1 vehicle through the gates for set-up from 7am until gates open each event day. Vehicles must be removed before Gates open.
- How many worker passes are included with my hospitality area?
- Skybox and Turn 1 Suites: 1 Worker Pass per day
- Pit Road Cabanas: 2 Worker Passes per day
- Chalet Village: 2 Worker Passes per 100 guests per day.
- May I display decorations in my hospitality suite?
- Guests may not alter the décor in the hospitality areas without prior approval from Homestead-Miami Speedway. No Velcro, tape, nails, anchor or dry wall screws, etc. are allowed to hang décor on suite walls. Pictures and signs must be made with Photo-Tex material, or installed by Homestead-Miami Speedway. Please contact Melanie Stansel to arrange décor installation and arrangement 30 days prior to the event.
- How do I order catering for my hospitality suite or chalet?
- To place catering orders for the events, please contact Michele Lentz at 386-681-3396.

Parking
- Where do my guests park?
- Free General Parking is available around the Facility for all guests. Please click here for parking area locations and directions.
- Some Hospitality areas include a limited amount of preferred parking passes:

- Skybox Suites (30 Person): 15 Fri, 15 Sat YELLOW Lot
- Skybox Suites (40 Person): 20 Fri, 20 Sat YELLOW Lot
- Turn 1 Suites: 16 Fri, 16 Sat YELLOW Lot
- Pit Road Cabanas: 10 Fri, 10 Sat PARK & RIDE
- The Pit Box: 1 per 4 tickets PARK & RIDE
- Ford Championship Weekend:
- Skybox Suites (30 Person): 15 Fri, 15 Sat, 15 Sun BLUE Lot
- Skybox Suites (40 Person): 20 Fri, 20 Sat, 20 Sun BLUE Lot

- My guests will be arriving in a BUS/VAN/LIMO, how do I obtain a pass for the Bus Parking lot?
- Please indicate on the Hospitality Information form located in your Hospitality Guide and send to Stacey Mikulak. Your requested parking pass(es) will be included with your ticket package.
- Where is Bus Parking?
- Bus Parking is located at the corner of S.W. 336th Street and S.W. 132nd Avenue behind Turn 4 of the Speedway. Buses, Vans, and Limos must have a BUS Parking Pass to park in this area. Drop-Off/Pick-Up instructions are located on the back of the parking pass.
