Restaurant to bring new pop-up concept to the championship track

MIAMI— The steaks will never be so high as they are for 2018 Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

It was announced today that Homestead-Miami Speedway and Texas Roadhouse have entered into a partnership, bringing the restaurant’s award-winning food to the championship track during 2018 Ford Championship Weekend, November 16-18.

As part of the partnership, Texas Roadhouse will feature a pop-up restaurant in the GEICO RV Park during Ford Championship Weekend, giving guests a taste of their authentic dishes, including their fall-off-the-bone ribs. Texas Roadhouse will also have concession rights to offer fans exclusive menu options inside of the championship track’s gates.

“As the host of NASCAR’s championship races since 2002, we are committed to finding new ways to enhance the fan experience during NASCAR’s biggest weekend of the year,” said Homestead-Miami Speedway President Matthew Becherer. “Texas Roadhouse’s reputation as one of the nation’s best family-friendly restaurants allows us to bring a new and delicious product to the track for all fans to enjoy, helping add to the allure of Ford Championship Weekend.”
