FAN-demonium: IndyCar Stars Line Up to Meet-and-Greet

Before race fans settle into the Homestead-Miami Speedway grandstands to see the 2010 IndyCar Champion crowned during Saturday’s NextEra Energy Indy Championships, they will have an opportunity to meet-and-greet some of the biggest names in open-wheel racing, as IndyCar stars will appear in fan-hospitality areas prior to the Cafés do Brasil Indy 300.

Drivers scheduled to participate in Q&A sessions in various hospitality areas include: three-time Indy 500 Champion Helio Castroneves and 2004 IndyCar Champion Tony Kanaan (both South Florida residents); Sarah Fisher, the first female driver/owner in the history of the IZOD IndyCar Series whose second-place finish at Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2001 was then the best-ever finish by a woman in Indy racing; two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Arie “The Flying Dutchmen” Luyendyk; Ryan Hunter-Reay, a South Florida resident and the highest-ranked American IndyCar driver; and golfing legend Fuzzy Zoeller. The scheduled line-up is as follows:

Tickets for Saturday’s Championship-finale Cafes do Brasil Indy 300 start at $30, and all kids 12 and under are admitted FREE of charge to general-admission areas.
