What: Second annual "Spirit of America" Blood Drive, presented by Homestead-Miami Speedway in conjunction with Florida's Blood Centers, part of the nationwide track efforts of the NASCAR Foundation, the Jimmie Johnson Foundation and the Hendrick Marrow Program to collect blood, register donors to the National Marrow Donor Program and raise awareness in the community. Donors and registrars will receive complimentary lunch and gift bags—featuring collectable race cars, gift certificates, wrist bands and posters - and will be entered to win two tickets to the NASCAR Busch Series Ford 300 during Ford Championship Weekend (Nov. 16-18).

"We are looking forward to building on last year's success," said reigning NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Champion Jimmie Johnson, speaking about the 2006 NASCAR-track tally of more than 2,500 pints of blood collected and 650 names added to the marrow registry.
