On Sunday, July 31, Homestead-Miami Speedway and Special Olympics Florida - Miami-Dade County will host a “Car Wash and Ride” event where participants will have the rare opportunity to get their car washed and drive around the same 1.5-mile oval track that hosts the championship races in NASCAR’s three national series.

    GORDON CLAIMS TOP SPOT FOR FORD ECOBOOST 400 ON SUNDAY

    A new track record was set Friday night as Brad Keselowski, driver of the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion, broke the Homestead-Miami Speedway track qualifying record with his 181.238 mph lap in the first round of the Coors Lite Pole Qualifying for the Ford EcoBoost 400. It is the fifth qualifying record Keselowski set this year, and the 24th track qualifying record set this year in the NASCAR Sprint Cup series season.

    Matt Crafton made history Friday night at Homestead-Miami Speedway, as the defending NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion took home another Series title. Crafton is the thirteenth different driver to win the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) championship, and fourth to win multiple series titles.

    Deposits Being Taken for 2015 Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway

    Current Homestead-Miami Speedway account holders who attended this year’s Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday, November 16, have an opportunity to reserve their seats for the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship race, which will be held on Sunday, November 22. In addition, fans who had not previously purchased tickets, or those who purchased tickets as part of a package can be placed on a priority list for next year’s race.
